How do i change to a custom gamemode via command?

Hi,

I found out that I can change the gamemode on my server via the command "g_gametype". With that i can easily switch between the default modes. But now i want to use my custom gamemode i created named "oic_hs.dsr".
When i type "g_gametype oic_hs" and then change the map or restart the map, the gamemode will switch to TDM. Looks like it didnt find the gamemode.

Does someone has a solution

oic_hs is not a valid value for g_gametype.
