    I have a problem when starting the plutonium launcher, it quits downloading files and then the error that the file cannot be downloaded appears

          What antivirus do you use? Try adding %localappdata%/Plutonium to your AV's exclusions and run the launcher as admin again.

              Yeah probably cause it's a shit tier AV and doesn't respect end-user's decisions. Uninstall it, restart your PC and try launching Pluto again.
