I followed all the steps, I already downloaded the game twice, and I get the same error:

I had the same error yesterday, after updating _clientids.gsc. I compiled it again and updated ... Boom, it worked!
I don’t know if it’s the same case as yours, but I imagine it’s some bad configuration you’ve made, but here it was with me

That issue seems to happen the first time. Try again or its a windows OS issue.
