        GrownMallard I have the same n4000 processor processor too for my laptop alongside an Intel 600 UHD with 4gb ram and an ssd (makes loading much faster). BO2 Plutonium usually does averages at at least for me around 30 to 60 fps, what I would do is make most of the settings set to low and lower the resolution to 1024x768 or 800x600 and it should have some significant boost. I'm not sure if BO2 plutonium have that "Potato Boost" similar of that of iw4x so yea.

            @1Fe4R-exe Oh alright. here are some methods on how to make it faster

            1. Set all graphics settings to the lowest
              2.Try capping the framerate to 30 or also try uncapping it to unlimited
            2. Don't run any other programs while plutonium is running
            3. try entering matches with lesser ping
            4. Upgrade your hardware. One of the best methods I recommend, since that the i3 2330m came out back in 2011, I really think an upgrade would really be worth it 🙂

            hope this helps!

                      @1Fe4R-exe you are trying to play the game of a shit intergrated graphics card aka intel hd 3000 of course you will not reach 30 fps on that there is no way to increase your fps your only option is to buy a cheap desktop like a dell optiplex and slap a cheap amd gpu or a gtx 1030

                        @1Fe4R-exe Try lossless scaling

                        <I'm stupid>

                        KEEP IN MIND that i do not know if it is going to work with your black ops 2 game cause it opens with a launcher but i believe you can figure out if it actually does
                        this app can boost perfomance on some games
