Good news! I reported this problem to Kaspersky and they told me that they see that it's a false positive and that they'll fix the problem as soon as possible.

Seems like they did already fix this.
plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exeis no longer picked up by Kaspersky.Danke Dieter!
