    Hello!

I just installed Plutonium (I'm new to this) and whenever I start the programm "plutonium.exe" Kaspersky tells me that "plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" has been put into quarantine and deleted because of the object "HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Sdum.gen". I already added plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe to the exceptions and told Kaspersky that it's not a threat. But also after all of this Kaspersky still deletes the file, so I cannot play the game. What can I do about that?

    Sincerely yours,
    DorfDiskoDieter

    DorfDiskoDieter try excluding:

    • C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium (the entire folder)
    • plutonium.exe

NamelessZ3RO I would prefer not to do that, if it's not needed.

Dss0 said in Kaspersky deletes "plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" all the time, although I marked it as safe:

its a false positive if ur antivirus is deleting it?

DorfDiskoDieter wtf? it should just work. Try disabling the av completely (even tho this is not a good solution but apparently exclusions are broken?).

Good news! I reported this problem to Kaspersky and they told me that they see that it's a false positive and that they'll fix the problem as soon as possible.

Seems like they did already fix this. plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe is no longer picked up by Kaspersky.

                                  Danke Dieter!

@PhantomHunter Then add exclusions to %localappdata%/Plutonium.
