banned for unknown reasons

hello I was banned, the reason I have no idea but hey
I wanted to ask if maybe they banned me because I had downloaded a copy of the game in Spanish and put it in the launcher, could that be why?
and I wanted to know what kind of applications are not allowed because I only had discord and spotify
And if maybe it was for the DS4 program to play with controller -
You tried to cheat in T6 zombies and injected something, which led to your ban. So we'd appreciate if you cut the crap and be a little honest about it. Regardless, nothing we can do about it - wait it out and don't try to evade your ban, it's only gonna increase the time.

HannesC If you say so, but forgetting about this, it seems strange to me that I was not automatically expelled but that I was playing a game with some friends from the origins and when I finished I turned off the pc and when I tried to play again it asked me to log in.

Bans don't take affect until they leave a server / restart the game.
