Plutonium Launcher not launching BO2 zombies or multiplayer.

I have fully installed plutonium using the guide that was posted, and I used the google drive file and not using steam. When I launched plutonium it updated and it launched once, but then it said "Steam: Unable to find desired method". Here is a link to what it looks like. https://i.imgur.com/R8GCoa7.png I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or plutonium, I didn't find it on the common support thread.

Make sure you completely close steam in the task manager and make sure to select the proper directory the files you downloaded are in
In the launcher you download at the end of the tutorial than it should load up -
