Hi, I was wondering if using Reshade would trigger Plutp's Anti-Cheat?

no it does not trigger the anti cheat but keep in mind we dont provide support either to get it working

i wouldn't use it outside of lan mode, currently it does not trigger the anticheat but that might change in the future.
