I have mw3 on steam and when I am trying to download plutonium this message pops up. I have tried deleting the file and restarting my pc like a staff member said in another post similar to this but it still will not launch. How can I fix this?

Do you use Webroot antivirus? If so, uninstall it, restart your PC and try launching Pluto again.
