My plutonium launcher won't open

I try to start it but it doesn't open, it even appears in the task manager but disappears a few seconds later

Try installing this https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer and what antivirus do you use? Plus answer what peter asked as well.
