i cant get it running or updating the plutonium folder also aint showing in de mw3 game map

simple we do no support windows 7, pluto only works on 8.1 and 10 but we only support 10. If you would like to play pluto you have to update your system to windows 10

was planning for windows 10 after al my projects and stuff was done.
