o plutonium não abre

baixei o plutonium tudo certo, criei a pasta games e tudo. quando vou iniciar ele aparece no gerenciador de tarefas e depois de uns 5 segundos ele some. Meu computador é windows 7, isso tem algo a ver? Me ajuda por favor

Yeah, win7 isn't supported, upgrade to win10.

If you're on win8, yeah you need to upgrade. However, if you're on win8.1, you just need this https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer and you should be good to go.
