BO2 Zombies

Hi! I installed BO2 yesterday and the multiplayer works just fine, but the Zombies mode won't run properly. If I press play then two windows pop up in my desktop, one is the game and the other one is from the launcher (bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe). However, if I try to open the game window then it sends me back to my desktop and it doesn't let me play. How can I fix this?
