Zombie map intros/cinematics not working

Whenever I play solo or custom matches in zombies the intros to maps such as motd and origins never play
I have already looked around on the forums but haven’t seen anything other than it’s just a bug
Anyone know how to fix?

Hey um, maybe im too late but. Can you check [game folder] > video. Maybe in there the intro of the maps is missing
