Guys plz help me. I have ryzen 5 2600 and rx 570. I make all. Disable full screen optimization. On high performance on the graphic settings and i have 15 fps

Personally I do see an FPS drop with full screen optimization disabled actually, I keep mine on with an RX 460 and can still get 200+ FPS.
