Zombies server not showing on list

So to start off all the ports are opened, server shows on api, heartbeat is successful with no visible errors and i cannot connect via direct connection either
If yall have any advice let me know please

If yall have any advice let me know please @Survivals is that a vps or are you hosting it at home?
Make sure it can communicate through the windows firewall, you may have to create an inbound rule for port 27017 udp. -

Apparently you still need to manually forward ports for google cloud instances.
