BO2 no tiene sonido

alguien sabe como reparar lo del sonido del juego. no puedo escuchar nada pero si puedo jugar. alguna solucion?

A mí me pasa lo mismo, lo curioso es que en zombis sí escucho todo ( excepto algunas voces de mapas ); en cambio en multi no escucho ni la música del lobby..
