How to fix the invalid folder is to select where the game files are. You have to select that folder or its not gonna launch period. Binkwaitstop is probably something to do with the invalid folder. So if you pick the correct folder, it should launch completely fine.
If you need to find the game files:
IW5: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps(or games I think)\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\T6: Where ever you download the torrent to.
