The torrent file for downloading WAW doesnt work.

When i go and click on this link ( http://dss0.cc/alterwarez/download/pluto_t4_full_game.torrent) it takes me to a blank page. Btw this is downloading the base game files as i do not own WAW.
Also heres the link to the forum im talking abt https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6971/how-to-install-plutonium-t4. Is there something wrong with the link or is it just my computer? -

Just copy that torrent link (right click on the torrent link and copy) and then add it in your bittorrent pressing Ctrl + U
