    ran as administrator no use went to virus and threat protection and made exclusion still nothingCapture.PNG

      Check ur Antivirus/Windows Defender. it might a problem that ur Antivirus or defender is blocking it. for a false positive.

        Was there a .new file created as well? Try running that as admin. If that doesn't work, delete both of the launchers, redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin.

          I've tried that. I can't delete the .new one. It says its open in a file when its not even open.

            @TDGrapes restart your pc and remove the torrent from your torrent client if it's still running.
