The Game refuses to run

These are the error codes I received multiple times...
I have DirectX installed.. I used the DirectX Setup and Redist-Installer to no avail. I have restarted my computer twice. It seems other are having a similar error but it seems I'm the only one with this specific error. -
Did you download any loose dll files off of the internet?
