To install, copy the file into%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\raw\.

Easier way to install that doesn't require you to mess with the main game files, go to C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\raw\images (if the images folder is not there, just make your own) and place the IWI files in there. For IWD files, you just place them in the raw folder.

Number1S0n when i download it i only get an IWD file
