Can't run mods

Move all the mods from your activision mods folder to the plutonium mod folder. Then it should work. Every time you install a mod you just move it again.
Move from: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\mods
Move to: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods

DXontheradio I don't have anything of that...:/ (It's on the Windows SSD because i'm on a cheap pc so don't have an other )

You have to turn on view of hidden items.
Click on the view tab in the windows explorer, and tick "hidden files".
You should now see all the directories. -

No, you do not put it in players. It should go in
storage/t4/mods(you may have to make that folder)
