Aren't there any errors before that? Some other error definitely precedes the LAN error, screenshot that. Also don't open Pluto multiple times, just do it once like you're supposed to.

Could be the access denied error, do you have a plutonium.new.exe file wherever you have plutonium.exe in? If yes, delete both the .exes, and redownload the launcher from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.
If this doesn't fix it, change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Google how to do this) or use a VPN.
