[ERROR] Not Logged In - Unkwown Function

Hi,
after the release of the last update, my MW3 dedicated server won't start. I've already tried to install the game from scratch, but it did't solve the issue that you can see below.
I've already tried also to change dns to 1.1.1.1 and to 1.0.0.1 or to use a VPN, but i've not obtained nothing more than the same error. Are there some other tests that i can do?Thanks in advance,
