Everytime i launch T4 the bootstrapper stops working

https://prnt.sc/118svpo everytime i press play to start the game the bootstrapper just stops working, i already excluded plutonium and tried reinstalling and downloaded all of directx and its still not working what do i do?

It also happens to me, fiajte deleting all plutonium, restart the pc and install it again.
