ask yourself if you give enough information, not "always high ping"
you have bad internet and/or are too far away from the servers youre trying to connect to -
so how to setting the server,,my country Indonesia from asia, but the server is american, how to change it

Try to find Asian servers. Or any server if acceptable ping. There is a ping value for every server in the browser.

servers are hosted by the community, if nobody is hosting a server in asia you're simply out of luck.
