não consigo entrar no meu sever

configurei o servidor todo direitinho, coloquei o encaminhamento de porta, mas quando entro no jogo que coloco connect 0.0.0.0 ele não entra, ja fiz de tudo formatei pc, instalei de novo configurei de novo e nada sempre da o mesmo poblema
