Cant open launcher

Hey
When i downloaded the plutonium launcher i clicked the exe but couldnt manage to open it because there was this white box that kept buffering. Normally it would say after a while "Install now" but it didnt for some reason and its been stuck like this for some time. I know for a fact that it is not my computer either since i have a decent gaming computer. I also tried reinstalling it many times but it did not work. Could you please help me?

This does not look like what the launcher brings up, are you sure you are running
plutonium.exeit should look like the following:

that looks like a windows store or onedrive signin prompt so nothing to do with plutonium.
Maybe you got the launcher stored in a onedrive-synced folder? -
