Game crash opening BO2

I can open plutonium perfectly, but when I try to open BO2 I get this error, and for a couple of seconds the screen goes black and then the error pops up.
And also the error gives me an "Crash refernece ID" that i can search here, but no solution is presented, and also that error doesn't exist according to the website.
