Game crash opening BO2

I can open plutonium perfectly, but when I try to open BO2 I get this error, and for a couple of seconds the screen goes black and then the error pops up.
And also the error gives me an "Crash refernece ID" that i can search here, but no solution is presented, and also that error doesn't exist according to the website.

Upload the dump please. Also quit the overlays if you have any running in the background.
