Can't join the game of my second pc

Hello, when i lanch a private game with my second pc and i try connect to him (with friend list and the command "connect") i see "Joining game session" and after nothing happened (we are on the same wifi point and we have not on se same account, anyone can tell me how to resolve this pls?

There is no lobby support you have to be in game already.
Xerxes Yeah, i was in a game already but i think it's because the 2 pc have the same ip adress (when i looked for the comand "connect" it's the same numbers, except only for the last number

Use the internal IP and not the external one.

Nvm, i found how to do that, at the screen with you ip adress, just use "local ip" instead "public ip"
