LongDongSilver if your server and port forwarding is set up correctly your server should be visible on the serverlist.
post screenshots of:

• your server console
• your port forwarding settings

Also try creating a windows firewall rule for incoming traffic on port 4977 udp.

i cant show you my port setting right now because im having issues logging in but i have UPNP enabled (also shows in f10) if that is enough

im connecting with localhost:4977 just in case you need to know that

LongDongSilver dedicated servers don't use upnp, you need to forward the port manually in your router.

can you set a port with a MAC adress because thats the only option i have besides calling them and asking for a port

LongDongSilver can you not access your router's web interface? Well yes a mac should work too instead of an ip.

it works again, so i went into "networksettings" and used my mac adress with the port 4976-4977 UDP but they still cant join... what is going on?

LongDongSilver i don't know? Post a screenshot of those network settings also check if your router has a status page that shows a wan ip, if it does compare that ip with the one you see when you visit this page: https://www.whatsmyip.org/. Are they the same?

None of them match with my ip/ipv6

LongDongSilver i see the problem now.. you have DS-Lite, you don't have a "real" public ipv4 address, just an ipv6 one. Since pluto does not support ipv6 it's not possible for you to host servers at home.
I was in a similar situation a few years ago (same provider) and the only way to get around that is to buy a separate router that you put behind your cable modem and then switch to "bridge mode" on the provider's web panel (you have to login on their website to access that, it's not a modem setting).
