Opening problem

When ever I try to open Bo2 and WAW, it just closes the thing but when I click to open it again it just keeps on closing making me not play the game

@babbu-maan you installed all redistributables and excluded %localappdata%/Plutonium from scanning in your antivirus software?
Which antivirus do you use?
Which version of windows do you use? On win10 right click the start button -> system, then post a screenshot of the window that opens.
