Got banned for 130 days just after launching BO2 online

Bought the game on steam, followed all the instructions on how to install Plutonium, and when I tried to play the game for the first time, a message showed up telling me I was banned for 130 days. I tried to create another acc, thinking it was probably a bug, but now the ban has gone up. Then I thought it could've been the the MSI Afterburner, as it was the only program running at the moment. So I closed it, tried to create another account, and now i'm at 150 days. Is there a way to get out of this ban?
