An issue that needs addressing (IW5X server crashing)

I for one used to play a lot of IW5 FFA in the Eu server. After Re-adding the MOAB for final killcam the server crashes continuously every half hour or so. I am told that the people who run the servers are not at fault and it's a matter for plutonium themselves. If I could get some clarification on what's going on that would be great. If removing the MOAB fixes this issue then so be it and I'm sure other trickshoters wouldn't mind. FYI - This is the SNR server I am reffering too and I am unsure if the same issues arise in the USA server.
The image I have attached is faded because it closes so quickly but it's the best I can provide.
