    When I click on Plutonium the mouse has a blue circle indicating its loading, then nothing happens.

    I have read and tried solutions from the forum with no luck.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled following exact steps twice.
    I restarted my PC.
    Tried to run a command or something that was suggested in the forum.
    PC is brand new so there is no clashing software but just to try I uninstalled every possible app.

                hypeili then search for "winver" in your start menu and screenshot that.

                        hypeili doesn't work via windows update as it's a major feature upgrade.

                        -> https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/how-to-upgrade-to-windows-10-version-1803-spring/617a37da-8fc0-4f33-a3eb-59fe9082f925

                        Bit of a lengthy process.
