Cant login in to the launcher

To confirm, with a capital C at the beginning, right?
If so - have you ran the exclusions.bat file from the install instructions? (if not i'll help ya get that running)

guys - try browsing to %localappdata%/plutonium and delete all the files inside it and then re-run plutonium.exe as admin.

i waited in the loggin screen now im in but now it doesn't go then i click on play

That error means you selected the wrong folder in the launcher as that dll 'mss32.dll' is part of MW3 so if the launcher can't find it then you didn't select the correct folder.
