Bo2 keep crashing

Everytime I start up my game it crashes shortly afterwards(within 20 seconds), I changed the file location and re-dowloaded it several times and it wont stop crashing, I need help badly..

Miikey Crashdumps created or any specific errors? Also what antivirus do you use? Also does this happen on both MP and ZM?
@xXP4NZER115Xx Does it crash right after you launch it with a crashdump or do you crash when you're connecting to a server/entering a game? Do you have checkerboard loading screens?

HannesC i crash when i connect to a server or when i play solo on zombies, and if the game loads i only get like 5 fps and the game freezes

@xXP4NZER115Xx Where did you download the game from and do you own the dlcs? Also what are your PC specs? Also does it crash creating crashdumps or showing any errors?
