Error while launching the game

This is what I get when launching the game from Plutonium, i've already tried restarting the computer and launching as administrator
- delete steam_api.dll from your game folder if it's present
- do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
- post a screenshot of your game folder
- right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
- upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here

I don't have steam_api.dll, no overlays, I can't post a screenshot of the game folder as i'm reinstalling the torrent right now but it looked like everything was there. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lgaq_xhxpSy5Qcvvg7nUQW-w4pVYeLIc/view?usp=sharing this is my crash dump.

that's the text file, we need the .dmp file. Should be 500MB+ in size.
