I can't enter the BO2 servers

when I enter the game and the list of servers I just enter if the list appears but when I enter a game I get that I could not connect and when I hit f10 to return to see the servers they do not load me and the only way that I They load is leaving and re-entering but in the same way n ome connects to the servers and not to the servers where my friend is, please help
