Error code when launching plutonium

Where did you download bo2 from? Can you screenshot your bo2 folder? Also try running cmd as administrator and typing out these commands:-
for %i in (%windir%\system32*.dll) do regvr32.exe / s%i
for %i in (%windir%\system32*.ocx) do regsvr32.exe / s%iIf you downloaded the game files from our website and even after running these above commands you still get the same error, your windows installation is probably fucked. Re-install windows.

Which version of Windows 10 do you recommend installing?

The latest? Also did you try those commands and restart your PC? Did that work? Also that error's probably not redists related but wouldn't hurt to try - run this https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/710609237805498500/839637314052292608/Redist-Installer.bat
