everytime I open the launcher I get win32.exe error and "MSVCP140.dll was not found. " also get "VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found" ?? help

Run this https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/710609237805498500/839637314052292608/Redist-Installer.bat and restart your PC once it's done.
