Banned but i dont know why (havent played in over a week)

so i wanted to play zombies with some friends and was ofline for all of them restarted the launcher and it said i was banned but i havent played in over a week and have no idea why im banned can someone from suporrt help ???

the last 3 games i have played are 2 nuketown zombies that ended round 1 because i was exiting the game triyng to fix the oflline problem and 1 origns game wich should be about a week ago
