Zargon7889 open the bootstrapper cmd window that opens along with the game then type this into it:

    r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

    and hit enter.

If it still doesn't work try:

    • Repairing your game files: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6353/how-to-repair-your-t6-installation
    • Excluding pluto from scanning in your antivirus: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/8546/why-is-my-antivirus-saying-plutonium-is-a-virus-solution
    • If you're using a laptop with dual gpu's make sure it's using the dedicated gpu (explained here: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/7154/low-fps-read-this)

Zargon7889 webroot is known to cause issues with pluto and alot of other software even when it's disabled, not a good choice of AV..
99% of people will be fine using windows' built in defender, it's detection ratio isn't half bad nowadays. Sadly the pluto bootstrapper is also detected as a false positive by windows defender but excluding it from scanning actually does what it's supposed to do:

Shouldn't crash once you uninstall webroot and restart your PC. Also he recommended what AV you should use - defender (comes pre-shipped with windows). Follow that video and add exclusions to Pluto and you should be good.

It is safe to play it. Your choice if you wanna play it or believe people spreading misinformation and uninstall it.
