Lets prevent the influx of scammers flooding our discord

As of recently, i noticed a lot of scammers trying to pretend they are giving something away (like they are leaving CS GO and have skins) and I have a few suggestions to prevent this:
- maybe new members cannot post for a day or so
- new member verification process (not sure what that would look like but open to suggestions)
- auto delete messages that says "free CSGO skins" or some other keywords
- prevent new users (or users in general) from posting links unless they do a command or something like ?link and a bot approves them or something
This are just some ideas i had, a lot of them are probably crap but just wanted to start this discussion cause i know this has became a problem for the staff. Thank you and I hope everyone is having a great day

The way these bots work is that they steal the token to your discord account, so join date doesn't matter. But I will bring up blacklisting the phrase.
