Unable to open plutonium.exe

Hello dear responder, if you are reading this it means that i am currently facing an issue. I already had MW3 not from steam but rather another source and when I try to install plutonium for it the plutonium launcher just does not open. I double click it but it does not launch. HELP ASAP.

Press Win+R, type winver and screenshot. Also do note we don't support 3rd party repacks, so if you have an issue with the game you won't be receiving any further support from us.

I cannot really send a screenshot of it cuz if i do u will not be able to see anything because LITERALLY nothing happens
I double click plutonium.exe and then LITERALLY NOTHING happens no home screen or any window opens. -

BOOMER0641 i highly think you need windows 10 to run Plutonium.

Thats correct we don't support 8 or anything older.
