Launcher stuck at "Fetching update info"

Can't open the game launcher anymore since yesterday. No idea what is the problem, alredy searched about this problem in forum, my anti malware software is windows defender, completly disabled. Should i reinstall the game? Also tried to delete plutonium folder in local appdata but nothing is working in my case, just a white screen after "Fetching Update Info", then launcher window closes.

This was some time ago but ill post what i done for future references, basically the problem in my ocassion was coming from steam and local data folders, I just reinstalled steam, then the game itself and finally the launcher deleting all its files from User Files.
