Server keeps on looping and never starting

My server isn't started idk whats the problem. Every time I try to start the server it shows this
If anyone is willing to help thanks.

zenwtf ok and have you run !updatePluto.bat atleast once before that? Also post a screenshot of the contents of the "main" folder.

zenwtf everything looks fine.. does the game itself work for you? Also have you made any modifications to your dedicated_zm.cfg?

Dss0 no, I tried to reinstall plutonium and try it again but no luck. The same error keeps on popping up.
