Server keeps on looping and never starting

My server isn't started idk whats the problem. Every time I try to start the server it shows this
If anyone is willing to help thanks.

zenwtf ok and have you run !updatePluto.bat atleast once before that? Also post a screenshot of the contents of the "main" folder.

zenwtf hm. ok now post the contents of !start_zm_server.bat (exclude your server key). Also try installing everything that's inside the redist folder.

zenwtf everything looks fine.. does the game itself work for you? Also have you made any modifications to your dedicated_zm.cfg?

Dss0 no, I tried to reinstall plutonium and try it again but no luck. The same error keeps on popping up.

zenwtf yes but can you start the game? By directly launching plutonium.exe?
